Dainty Bess Extra Brut Pinot Noir Cap Classique, named after a hybrid-tea rose, is made exclusively from selected parcels of cool-climate Pinot Noir fruit. It's matured on it's lees for 36 month before release. Dainty Bess was established in 2013 and is owned by Jane Ferreira-Eedes.
